What Makes Us Different?
For many people, buying or selling their home is the largest transaction they’ll make in their lives. That process can be daunting for even the most seasoned home owner. The right realtor for you can help you navigate that experience so that is an enjoyable, profitable, positive one. Our goal is to make it a great real estate business adventure instead of a terrifying ride.
You interview us. We interview you.
The very best possible real estate outcomes come from the best possible relationships. Not every realtor is suited to work with every client. It is about finding the best realtor in the business who then fits you, your real estate goals, and needs. Plus the most important component, trust. We meet with each potential buyer and seller first, to talk through what their end goal is..is it to sell at the best possible price?…is it the timeframe….is it to buy in a desired neighbourhood…is it to identify a great investment opportunity? For each of you, as a buyer or seller, those needs are different. No two clients are alike. We work hard to identify those needs, then figure out how we can meet those needs and then exceed them through customized solutions. We take best practices one step further for each client, so that we develop a plan to get to your goal. So just as much as you are interviewing us to see if we are the best real estate partner for you, we are interviewing you to make sure we can facilitate a successful real estate relationship with you.
You get it straight up.
Everyone talks about their great customer service. Exceeding expectations. Being the best in the business. Well, if we weren’t, we wouldn’t have been doing this successfully for so long. Most importantly, however, is that we are truthful with you about the process, your goals, and what your ultimate expectations are. We treat everyone respectfully, but we don’t play to anyone’s ego and tell you what you want to hear just to get the listing. When we are working with clients for their buying and selling needs in Toronto, we tell you like it is. We work hard to paint the picture for you of the market, your home, your goals and to talk about what our plan is to get you what you want, straight up. No BS. Our blogs posts reflect that as well as our videos. The market is moving so fast in the GTA right now, each buyer and seller deserves to be advised of the ups and downs, and to have an expert help them navigate successfully through it.
Real estate experience plus customer service.
We thrive on finding our buyers that house that fits their needs and becomes their new home. And we strive to work hard with all our sellers to maximize their home’s offerings so that the house shows to its best possible potential, getting them the best price. Plus, we genuinely love what we do and really enjoy working with our clients to help them achieve their objective. And we’re really good at it.
Not your average real estate team.
We are way above! Truly, ask any of our clients. The passion behind what we do and the drive we have to do the very best possible work and beyond for our clients shows in everything we do from our dedicated follow-up to keep you informed, to the processes we have in place to make sure things go smoothly.
